(And How We Make It Smooth & Stress-Free)

Unhappy with the service you are receiving from your current provider?
You are not stuck!

If your current NDIS provider isn’t meeting your needs, isn’t communicating well or no longer feels like the right fit, you’re allowed to change at any time. And the process is usually much easier than people expect.

We’re an NDIS Registered Provider built on genuine care, reliability and human connection. Our purpose is simple: to help you feel safe, respected and confident in your everyday life with a team you actually enjoy having around.

Whether you’re exploring your options or ready to make a change today, here’s everything you need to know.

Why People Change NDIS Providers

Switching providers is more common than you might think. Participants and guardians usually make the change when:

  • Their needs or goals have shifted
  • They aren’t receiving reliable or consistent support
  • Communication is slow or unclear
  • They prefer a more personalised or responsive team
  • They want a provider with more experience in their specific support needs
  • They feel they’re not being listened to or respected

Whatever your reason, you’re in control. And you deserve supports that genuinely work for you.

How we Make Switching Providers Easy

Changing providers can feel overwhelming, especially if you’ve had a difficult experience before, but it doesn’t need to. Here’s our approach.

    Clear, friendly communication

We keep you updated and explain things in a way that makes sense, so you always know what’s happening.

Support with understanding your notice period

If you’re unsure what your current agreement requires, we help you review it (including the typical 30-day period unless the situation is unsafe).

    No interruption to your supports

We align your transition so you have continuity of care. You won#8300e9#8300e9’t be left waiting or unsupported.

Respectful, person-centred care from day one

You tell us your goals and preferences; we work around you, not the other way around.

Collaboration with your Support Coordinator or Guardian

If you’d like, we can work directly with your formal or informal supports to make your transition even smoother.

How to Change your NDIS Provider

It’s super easy to switch providers, it happens all the time and there are simple ways we can help you transition from your current provider to a new one. The NDIS can be complicated, but we are here to walk you through it to make sure you understand the process.

Changing providers is a straightforward process once you know the steps.

      1

Check your service agreement for the notice period

Most NDIS service agreements include around a 30-day cancellation period, as discussed in your call. This is the standard unless there is an immediate safety concern, in which case the transition can happen more quickly.

If you’re unsure what your agreement says, we’re happy to help you review it.

      2

      Notify your current provider

You can do this verbally or in writing, though written notice is usually clearer. We can help you prepare the message if you’d like support.

      3

Set up a service agreement with your new provider

We’ll walk you through everything in plain English (no jargon, no confusion) and help you choose the supports that best fit your lifestyle and goals.

      4

Begin your transition without losing supports

We coordinate your start date so you don’t experience any gaps in support.
Your plan funding continues as normal; you won’t lose access to anything while changing providers.
